Description:
Swing into spring with a repeat of the 2010 Sierra Century Routes.  Ride your choice of three routes through the rolling hills of Placer County.  You will have a choice of 53 miles (1600 ft), 58 miles (2400 ft), or 100 miles (6000 ft) to test your spring-time legs and get a feel for the up-coming Sierra Century.  Water and food are available at various establishments between miles 45 and 60 on the century, but there's not much on the shorter rides, so come prepared.  The century ride goes through Camp Far West, Meadow Vista, Colfax, Applegate, and Newcastle as we head back to Rocklin.   Century riders should start as early as 7:00 AM.  All others please do a shotgun start at 9:00 AM.  Route sheets will be available at the start (or print your own).  Look for the grey Outback Left rear wheel.  Hopefully it won't rain.
