It's time again for Eppie’s Great Race, Saturday, July 15. The Sacramento Wheelmen will once again be in charge of the Run to Bike Transition located at the Guy West Bridge. We're hoping you can volunteer on Friday, July 14, for set-up and/or Saturday, July 15, for race day. We usually finish before noon both days.
Friday from 9:30 to 12 Noon, we'll set-up the Run to Bike Transition course. Saturday, beginning at 4:30 AM we need 3 volunteers for the early bird security crew. At 6:30 AM, we'll need volunteers to set up the water, chalk the course, setup signs, move cones, provide directions for the racers, and help with crowd control. At 7:30 AM we'll need more volunteers to help with race management and course take down.Come out and join us. Volunteers receive an Eppie’s T-shirt and are invited to the EGR Volunteer lunch both days.
