Hello Wheelies: This Saturday, the long route will be going to Baked and Brewed in Auburn, located at 958 Lincoln Way. The route is 41 miles with 2550' of climbing. This is an alternative route through some of the older neighborhoods of Auburn enroute to Baked & Brewed (note: the route has been slightly modified to eliminate a short stretch on gravel). The short route goes to Roanies, located at 3210 Boyington Rd, Loomis (near Penryn Rd and I-80) and is 30 miles with 1700' of climbing. Both rides begin and end in the traffic circle in front of the bathrooms at Granite Bay Community Park, located on the corner of Douglas Blvd and Barton Rd. 8:30 socialization, 8:45 sign in, 9:00 pedals down. Note: Having access to route navigation is a requirement for these Saturday morning Granite Bay rides. Printed cue sheets and maps are not provided by the ride leader. It's up to each rider to come prepared to ride, including having proper navigation for the route. Thank you for understanding.
