Ride Description: The ride climbs to Bowman via Callison, Taylor and Ophir Roads. From Auburn the route uses Placerville Rd to Meadow Vista. The short route uses Meadow Vista and Dry Creek Roads to reach Joerger Rd and intersects the long route. The long route continues from Meadow Vista to Eden Valley and uses Dog Bar and Magnolia to reach Higgins Corner, followed by a short ride down Hwy 49 to Bell Rd that leads to Joerger. Both routes ride Mount Vernon to Auburn, then descend back to the train station. Food, coffee and water is available in Meadow Vista as well as where the long (Combie Rd) and short (Dry Creek Rd) cross Hwy 49 respectively.
