Just click on the link https://groups.io/g/sacwheelmen and select the blue banner titled +Apply for Membership in the Group.

You must be a current Wheelmen member to join the list, include your real name so the roster can be checked prior to admittance. 

Although not necessary for email, by logging on to the groups.io website you can access the archive of messages and manage your groups.io membership.
